| ABOUT AFSCME COUNCIL 24 STAFF |

All staff employees are employed, assigned and supervised by the Executive and Assistant Director's.
Staff employees cannot hold an elected position of the Council or any of it affiliated local unions.
Staff employees cannot hold a delegate position of Council 24.
Staff employees MAY hold a delegate position of an affiliated local union to the AFSCME International Convention.
Article IX of the Council 24 Constitution governs all other actions as it relates to the council staff.
